Silver Sneakers ® Splash – low-Impact Water Fitness for Active Adults

Dive into a fun and energizing aquatic workout designed specifically for older adults! Senior Splash combines gentle cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises in the supportive environment of the pool. Water’s natural buoyancy reduces stress on joints while providing resistance to help improve muscle tone, balance, and overall fitness.

Whether you’re a beginner or looking to stay active, this class offers a safe, social, and invigorating way to move, strengthen, and feel great.

Silver Sneakers ® Stability – Focuces on improving balance, coordination, and core strength in a safe, supportive environment. This class is designed for older adults looking to enhance mobility, prevent falls, and build confidence in everyday movements. Through gentle exercises, resistance training, and functional movement drills, participants will work on stability, posture, and flexibility while enjoying a social and engaging group setting.

Silver Sneakers ® EnerChi– This class is designed to help older adults stay active, healthy, and engaged. Through a gentle, yet effective combination of strength training, balance exercises, stretching, and low-impact cardio, participants will improve mobility, flexibility, and overall fitness. The class also incorporates cognitive and social elements to promote mental well-being and encourage community connection. All fitness levels are welcome, and exercises can be adapted to accommodate individual needs.

Silver Sneakers ® Classic – Increase muscle strength and range of motion, and improve activities for daily living. There will be a chair for seated exercises and standing support. Instructors will modify exercises based on fitness levels.

Zumba Gold – A fun, low-impact dance fitness class designed for active older adults or beginners. Zumba Gold takes the exciting rhythms of Latin and international music and pairs them with easy-to-follow moves that improve balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Enjoy a lively, social atmosphere while getting a full-body workout that’s gentle on the joints. Perfect for anyone looking to stay fit, have fun, and move to the beat!
